DIGITAL PUNCH 30 DAYS REFUND POLICY
We will refund your paid amount or provide free of cost replacement of the leads within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered.
We offer 30 Days Money Back Guarantee to all our clients. We take daily feedbacks from our clients and upgrade our campaigns to get most potential leads for our clients. If you are not satisfied with the quality of leads provided, simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.
We will refund you the amount after deduction of GST (if paid in advance), Internet Handling Charges (2%) REFUND IS APPLICABLE ON CASES:-
- No Response: If you are not getting any response. For an example, if you are not able to connect with the leads over phone or mailer. We consider it’s an INVALID LEAD.
- Fake Enquiry: The moment you approached on given leads and you get a response “I don’t know OR I haven’t enquired/ We Consider it’s an INVALID LEAD.
- Wrong Credentials: If the credentials of provided leads are wrong. For an example Name/Number & Email Id.
- VALID Leads below 60% of the total package.
Cases when REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE
- Refund Policy is not applicable to TRIAL PACKAGE.
- If Leads are Genuine, means if provided leads are Genuine and people are properly responding. In such cases, you are not eligible for the Refund.
REFUND INITIATE TIME
- Once we receive your REFUND REQUEST, we verify your details, we will initiate refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
- The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
HOW TO CLAIM REFUND
You can claim your REFUND by sending us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You need to send us the status of provided leads in Excel/CSV format with an added column “REMARKS”. Simply put your remarks in front of every given lead. Send us the mail mentioning your Customer ID (Mentioned on Invoice)
