Refund Policy

We will refund your paid amount or provide free of cost replacement of the leads within 7 days after the product has been delivered in case of the client’s dissatisfaction with the competency of our services offered by Digital Punch.

We offer 30 Days Money Back Guarantee to all our clients. We take daily feedbacks from our clients and upgrade our campaigns to get the most potential leads for our clients.  If you are not satisfied with the quality of leads provided, simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.

We will refund you the amount after deduction of GST (if paid in advance) and the Internet Handling Charges (2%).

Refund is applicable in the following cases:-

  1. No Response: If you are not getting any response. For example, if you are not able to connect with the leads over phone or mailer. We consider it as an INVALID LEAD.
  2. Fake Enquiry: The moment you approached on given leads and you get a response like ‘I don’t know’ or ‘I haven’t enquired’.We consider it as an INVALID LEAD.
  3. Wrong Credentials: If the credentials of provided leads are wrong. For example, name/Number & Email Id.
  4. If you get VALID leads below 60% of the total package.
In the above-mentioned cases, you are eligible for a refund. Either you can ask us to deliver more leads to cover up the package or simply claim a Refund.

Cases In Which Refund Is Inapplicable:

  1. In Case Of Trial Package: Refund Policy is not applicable to the Trial Package.
  2. If The Leads Are Genuine: If the provided leads are genuine and people are properly responding. In such cases, you are not eligible for the refund.

REFUND INITIATION TIME

    1. Once we receive your Refund request, we verify your details, we will initiate refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
    2. The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    HOW TO CLAIM REFUND

    You need to send us the status of provided leads in Excel/CSV format with an added column “REMARKS”.  Simply put your remarks in front of every given lead. Send us the mail mentioning your Customer ID (Mentioned on Invoice)
